COURSE RUNS:

Saturday, Dec. 21 8am - 5pm & Sunday, Dec. 22 8am - 5pm

Prerequisites - Students must be able to:

• Swim 300 yards continuously using breaststroke and front crawl

• Dive 7 foot depth

• Retrieve a 10 pound object and return to the starting point

• Tread water for 2 minutes using legs only

• 15 years or older
