Start the year with a focus on YOU! Join this Jan-YOU-ary Journey that focuses on holistic wellness!

You will receive weekly check-ins with nutrition tips, mindfulness techniques, mobility routines and exercise of the week. This challenge includes 2 InBody Assessments; One prior to start of the challenge and one at the end of  the challenge. You will be able to participate in two "Ask the Trainer" virtual sessions at the start and 4-weeks into the challenge. A pre-challenge InBody must be completed between Jan 9-15.

Join beginners and veteran racers from around the region in a celebration of commYOUnity! There is a race for everyone: 10k Run, 5k Run, DRW Duo* (a combo of the 10K Run & 5K Run), 5K Walk, 1 Mile Run and the Tot Trot. A full morning of family activity! Kids will build confidence and have fun in this youth triathlon! Powered by Great Lakes Bay Orthodontics. Racers will swim, bike and run their way around and through Plymouth Park to reach the finish. Along the way, our race volunteers are there to help racers and cheer them on to the finish! TKT Finishers Medal.

Not sure about tackling a youth triathlon? No worries! Join us for a fun training experience at the Kids Triathlon Camp (July 14-18). Register for the Camp-Tri combo with one click/one price.
