Start the year with a focus on YOU! Join this Jan-YOU-ary Journey that focuses on holistic wellness!
You will receive weekly check-ins with nutrition tips, mindfulness techniques, mobility routines and exercise of the week. This challenge includes 2 InBody Assessments; One prior to start of the challenge and one at the end of the challenge. You will be able to participate in two "Ask the Trainer" virtual sessions at the start and 4-weeks into the challenge. A pre-challenge InBody must be completed between Jan 9-15.
Fee: $57 Member, $75 Non-Member
