6-Week Mat Pilates Intensive: Learn to bolster your core, improve your posture, relieve stress, increase flexibility, and reduce pain. It is designed to help you move more efficiently through the day by improving your balance, coordination, and strength. Strengthen and sculpt your body!
Bring a non-glass, spill proof water bottle. Mats and other equipment provided, though you are welcome to bring your own mat if you have a preference.

Start the year with a focus on YOU! Join this Jan-YOU-ary Journey that focuses on holistic wellness!
You will receive weekly check-ins with nutrition tips, mindfulness techniques, mobility routines and exercise of the week. This challenge includes 2 InBody Assessments; One prior to start of the challenge and one at the end of the challenge. You will be able to participate in two "Ask the Trainer" virtual sessions at the start and 4-weeks into the challenge. A pre-challenge InBody must be completed between Jan 9-15.
