Rock Steady Boxing is a unique program designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and utilizes a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum effective for improving the ability of those with Parkinson’s to live independent lives.

It is designed to address symptoms such as:

  • Slow or small movements

  • Imbalances

  • Stiffness

  • Flexed posture

  • Respiratory weakness

  • And much more…



Class Information

Classes are only available to those persons diagnosed with Parkinson’s
disease, or Atypical forms of Parkinson’s including; Corticobasilar
Ganglionic Degeneration (CBD), Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP),
Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), Multiple Systems Atrophy (MSA).

Each class is different and fun as our coaches come from all
backgrounds. Our coaches are nationally certified personal trainers and
wellness professionals.

We offer monthly new boxer orientations on the 2nd Thursday and 4th
Saturday of the month. If you are unable to make the orientation or would
like one sooner than offered contact us to schedule one with us.


SUPPORT ROCK STEADY BOXING

We are looking for volunteers to help participants who may need some extra assistance, help with organizing equipment, and assisting the coaches.
